About NLP & this training:
Since 1994, we have been training the skills of Neuro Linguistic Programming, which is a creative and must-have modality for any coaches toolbox. At the cusp of the coaching boom, around 2006, we added our Coaching program and have developed one of the most comprehensive and robust Coach Training programs available anywhere.
Unlike many other trainings that add a small amount of NLP into their curriculum, our training is focused on developing coaching skills around your NLP toolbox. We have found this to be the most beneficial way to assist your clients to reach their long term outcomes in the simplest way possible.

Common FAQs about the 1-Day Coach Starter Training
Will I learn everything about Coaching in 1 days?
You’re not going to learn the ins and out of how coaching or the modality of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) works in 1-day. This workshop will give you an in-depth overview on Coaching, and you will leave with techniques that you can implement straight away.
What if I want to learn more about Coaching?
Many of our Coaching Starter students go on to complete the Coach Certification program with us – this is a blended program consisting of 19 in person days and online learning. Our Coach Certification program is an Accredited Coach Training Program with the International Coach Federation – meaning that once you have successfully completed the program and the required coahing hours, you can join the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

What is NLP?
The modality that we use in our Coach Certification is NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), which is a psychology based tool that will help you, the coach to understand the unconscious programming of your clients. With this information, you can help your clients to clear unresourceful interfereces such as beliefs, behaiours, habits and thougts that may hold them back. You will also learn tools to assist your clients to build and access resoures such as confidence, self-belief, motivation, desire and a clear outcome.

What if I can’t make the training day?
We know that sometimes things happen to ruin our plans! Our refund policy states:
- You may transfer to another NLP Worldwide Workshop
- You may send another delegate in your place at no extra charge
- All deposits or monies paid are non-refundable after 7 days
- Cancellation or withdrawal from your course with less than 30 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full tuition
