Your Quit Smoking with Hypnosis Journey

Congratulations on making the choice to quit smoking with Hypnosis, which is an excellent and simple solution to your desires.   As everyone is different, you may quit after listening to this CD only once or it may take a few sessions. 

You will find two tracks above including:

Quit Smoking with Hypnosis (30 minutes) – we recommend listening to it at least 3 times per week.
Relaxation with Hypnosis (20 minutes) – we recommend listening to this track at least 2 times per week to help keep your mind and body relaxed as it is becoming accustomed to new behaviours and thought patterns.

Remember, when listening to these tracks, if it recommends closed eyes, please do not do so if you are driving or operating machinerary.
