Since 1994, The Worldwide Institutes of NLP have been offering NLP training throughout the world. All of our courses exceed the international minimum requirements of NLP and contain all required elements, including Timeline, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Coaching.
Our programs are all lead by one or both of our NLP Master Trainers – Dr. Heidi Heron & Laureli Blyth, or one of our trainers who receives mentoring from Dr. Heidi.
The below descriptions note which Training Track each course is a part of. You will always start with the Level 1 NLP Training. If you have questions, be sure to schedule a call.
NLP Level 1: Practitioner Certification
This is your first live training in NLP, building on the foundation you’ll start with our NLP Starter online training. Whether you’re seeking a boost in personal development, looking to enhance your communication skills, adding NLP to your business toolkit, or aiming to become an NLP Coach or Therapist, this is where your journey truly begins.
Our Level 1 NLP training equips you with powerful tools to understand and influence human behaviour, enhance communication, and achieve personal growth. You’ll discover how beliefs, values, and language shape actions, and you’ll gain techniques to shift limiting patterns, build resilience, and accomplish meaningful goals. Skills like Anchoring, Reframing, and Parts Integration will empower you to create lasting change for yourself and others, mastering emotional regulation and mental flexibility.
This training develops self-awareness and emotional intelligence while providing practical methods to build rapport, set clear goals, and solve problems effectively. Whether you’re pursuing personal transformation, professional coaching, or helping others thrive, NLP Practitioner Certification equips you to confidently navigate challenges and create impactful outcomes.
At the successful completion of this training, participants will be awarded a Certificate as an NLP Practitioner. This class is a part of our ICF Accredited Coach Training and is valued at 30 CCE hours with the ICF.

Immediate Start
Your journey with NLP Worldwide begins the moment you enrol, with immediate access to our NLP Starter online workshop. This comprehensive program includes three engaging trainings to lay the foundation for your NLP journey:
- NLP Fundamentals, introducing you to the history, presuppositions, and the conscious and unconscious minds;
- Communication Essentials, focusing on rapport building, the Meta Model, and representational systems; and
- Hypnotically Speaking, which covers the fundamentals of Ericksonian Hypnosis.
These pre-course learnings are designed to ensure you’re fully prepared and confident for your first live Level 1 training—whether in person or online in 2025.
If you are joining us for your NLP Coach Certification, you can also begin your Coach Starter training before your first in person training begins
What will you take away?
The major focus of this program is to understand the structure of NLP and in doing so take you to new and higher neurological levels – ultimately to know more about WHO you are. You will gain powerful new resources and skills as you learn how to integrate these with the resources you already have.

What Happens Once I Enrol?
We are different here at NLP Worldwide. We want to wecome you with open arms to start learning the moment you enrol in your training. Schedule Your Onboarding Call
You will be invited to schedule your Onboarding Call with one of your NLP Trainers. This Zoom call will give you a chance to meet your trainer, ask questions, get an overview of the program, and clarify your intentions and direction for the training.
NLP Worldwide Student Group
Join our NLP Studnet Facebook Group and introduce yourself. Our supportive community is ready to answer questions, share insights, and continue learning together.
Observe NLP Practice Groups & Supervision
We will invite you to attend our NLP Practice Groups and Supervision as an observer. These monthly Zoom calls occur a few times a month and are a part of our After-Course support program. When you can begin your journey with these groups, we feel you will gain even more insight into using NLP in your life.
Preparing for Your Training

After Your Training
After your NLP Training is when your real learning begins. On the last day of class, you will create a plan with actionable steps about how you want to use NLP and how you will help yourself get NLP into your muscle.
Post-Prac Group Call
Join your training group via a Zoom call 1 week and 3 weeks after your training to ask questions and share your learning
Clinical Supervision
Twice per month Dr. Heidi runs a Clinical Supervision group call where you will be able to learn, share, and grow your skills of working with others using NLP
Practice Groups
We run weekly practice groups (online and in-person) to practice your skills, ask questions, and stay involved in the community
You will have life-long access to the Student Membership Site, which will be updated regularly for the next 12 months after your course. We will add new tips, articles, exercises, reminders and examples to keep your learning fresh. Additionally, you will alwaya be welcome to attend our online supervision, practice groups, Advanced NLP skills training, coach mentoring, a 6-week buddy coaching program, ongoing learning opportunites and the ability to review the course again for free!

NLP Level 2: Master Prac Certificate
The Level 2, Master Practitioner training is an advanced training that dramatically enhances your artistry with NLP! This next level of NLP will help you to incorporate NLP into more areas of your life and it will bring the puzzle of NLP fully together in new ways.
If you loved the concepts, skills and growth from the Level 1, NLP Practitioner Certification, this next-level training will blow your mind! We will be investigating more complex and deeper tools to use in communication, personal development, business and with others.
This is an internationally recognised NLP Certification course, at the successful completion of this program you will be awarded with a Certification as an NLP Master Practitioner. This class is a part of our ICF Accredited Coach Training and is valued at 35 CCE hours with the ICF.
COACHING TRACK – PERSONAL TRACK – BUSINESS TRACK – TRAINING TRACK
Who Is this Course For?
This Level 2 NLP training is intended to be learned by anyone who found the skills and tools of the Level 1 training intreaguing and useful. It is particularly useful for more in-depth personal investigation, business professionals, entrepreneurs and anyone who is or desires to work as an NLP Coach or Therapist.
This training will take your personal and professional evolution to new levels of artistry, specificity and subtlety.
The feedback we most often get from the Master Practitioner training is “this is SO much easier than Level 1, and it makes everything make more sense!”
How is it different from Level 1?
The NLP Master Practitioner training allows you to go deeper within your unconscious mind, and shares tools with you that work to align a person body, mind, and spirit.
While we review a few tools from the Level 1 training, 90% of what you will learn is new. Most of our students tell us that the majority of NLP they use clients, within business, and personally comes from Master Practitioner. These are skills like Disney Planning Process, Complex Meta Programs, Changing Values, Reimprinting, Modelling, and Neuro Repair Change.

What will you take away?
Where the Practitioner Training teaches the alphabet of NLP, the Master Practitioner Training moves the student into the domain of artistry. The “alphabet” becomes the tool for developing multiple perceptions and synergistic “third level” change work. Master Practitioner training will speed your attainment of unconscious competence in NLP. Come and learn advanced NLP applications for use in both professional and personal contexts.

The final level of NLP Certification will take you to unconscious competence with NLP for you personally, in your business and in your delivery of NLP. If you want to fully embody NLP in your personal life, or if are looking to be an NLP Coach or Therapist, if you want to use NLP in a Training situation, apply with many people at once in training, leadership, negotiation, consulting or if you want to Train NLP Certification courses – this is the next course for you.
During the two-weeks of this training you will greatly increase your personal development, confidence, consulting, design, delivery and training skills! This is an internationally recognised NLP Certification course, at the successful completion of this program you will be awarded with a Certification as an NLP Trainer.
TRAINING TRACK
Who Is this Course For?
This course is open to any trained NLP Practitioner with a desire to build more competence with the skills of NLP. Ultimately, the person who will benefit most from this training will be anyone working in the field of Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, Sales, Marketing, Coaching, Consulting and Change Management.
Often, people tell us that they do not desire to train or present yet wonder if they would benefit from NLP Trainers Training. We answer with an astounding Yes! Trainers training allows the participants time and skills to become unconsciously skilled in NLP, therefore being even more able to walk-the-talk of NLP.
Is this training the same as Coach Certification?
Nope. The NLP Coach Certification is about – coaching! NLP Trainer & Consultant Certification is about, well… training! In the Level 3 NLP training we unpack how we train unconsciously using the concepts of NLP and help you to do the same. This training is about presentations, facilitation, consultation, and delivery. You'll learn to use NLP one-to-many, from concept to delivery of any topic layered with NLP.
Can you imagine anything better? Yeah, we can't either!
What will you take away?
We have been asked countless times about what makes this NLP Trainer Certification different than the same type of program offered by other NLP trainers. In fact, we've been asked what makes our training style in general different to others. We find this a simple question.
We use NLP to train NLP and in our NLP Trainers & Consulting Certification we teach you to do the same.
In these 14-days you are earning how to use NLP to train, facilitate, coach, design, deliver anything. We unpack the methodology of using NLP to develop and train, consult and coach. You will learn how to format trainings, how to use representational systems, anchors, hypnotic language, meta programs and metaphors to train and reach your audiences unconscious mind.
You'll learn how to use the stage and create spacial anchors, how to build group rapport, how to manage the group, how to manage your own state, how to test and assess for competency, how to know if you should be training, consulting or coaching; and what the difference is between them.

Coach Specific 1: Coaching Foundations
After you have completed the NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner course, Coaching Foundations will share with you the structure we at NLP Worldwide use with our NLP Coaching and Therapy clients.
The aim of the Coaching Foundations course is to share with you a comprehensive structure for using your tools from NLP Practitioner and/or Master Practitioner with others in a Coaching and Therapeutic capacity. This course is a part of the NLP Coach and Psychotherapist Certification program and provides information, knowledge and skills specifically for working with clients – from intake to completion. This is a hands on ONLINE course where you will practice your coaching skills, use of NLP tools and structure of Coaching sessions.
This class is a part of our ICF Accredited Coach Training and is valued at 24 CCE hours with the ICF.
COACHING TRACK
Who Is this Course For?
Anyone who has completed the NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner certification and desires to have a structure of how to use NLP with others.
How is this course structured?
This training is delivered online via Zoom over four days. Before starting the training you will complete our pre-course learning, and during the training you will have hands on coaching experience, and time to ask questions, practice, and refine your skills. The collaboration and hands-on skill development is what truly sets this training apart from anything else.
By the end of this training you will know how to work with clients from the moment they enquire about your services. You'll know what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and WHY you are doing it.
Do I need to be coaching before I start this training?
Nope – this may be your first stepping stone into working with clients, or perhaps you've been coaching for a while and just adding in the NLP tool kit; regardless of where you are starting, you'll find so much to take away from these 6 weeks.
What will you take away?
- What interference (beliefs, behaviours, emotions, etc.) might be standing in the way from moving from Present State to Desired State
- What resources (skills, attitudes, attributes, etc.) are required to bridge the gap
More importantly, once this information has been elicited, the NLP Coach will have the knowledge and skills needed to change or clear interference and access and build resources.

Coach Specific 2: Coach Building Blocks
If you are serious about developing your Coaching Skills to create excellence for yourself and your clients – the Coach Building Blocks is designed to do just that. If you are already working with coaching or therapy clients – or simply want to expand and refine your tools – this course will help you reach the next level.
This portion of your training is an online based, self-directed learning program designed to be completed within 6-8 months. You can begin your Building Blocks as soon as you have completed your Level 1: NLP Practitioner training with The Worldwide Institutes of NLP.
In total, there are 7 blocks plus final assessments. The aim of the program is to help you incorporate and improve your NLP skills into a dynamic NLP Coaching and Therapy Practice.
COACHING TRACK
About the program:
The Coach Building Blocks is an online, self-directed program consisting of 7 blocks plus a final assessment. Each block requires 5-10 hours to complete and will help you to further develop and refine your Coaching Skills through the use of reading, assignments, recording coaching sessions, benchmarking your own sessions and submitting recordings to be benchmarked by an NLP Trainer.
As a part of the full NLP Coach Certification, this is a dynamic approach to sharpening your skills. Through the blocks you will submit a variety of coaching session recordings for feedback. This feedback is progressively used through the program to help you build your competency in the NLP coaching strategies. The practice you get during the program will add to your confidence in your skills. The certification you receive will add to your credibility.

In 2026, Dr. Heidi is completing only one Level 1 (Practitioner) and one Level 2 (Master Practitioner) training. She will be back in 2027 mentoring new trainers with NLP Worldwide.
