The following videos are recordings of actual coaching sessions, used with permission. What you will observe is NLP Coaching and Therapy in action.
There are many ways that NLP can be used in day to day life as a tool for communication, understanding others, personal growth and more. Many people choose to use NLP as a Coaching and Therapeutic tool to help others to acheive their goals, live their best life and get out of their own way. To this effect, we offer a variety of Coaching Demonstration videos for you to observe NLP Coaching in action. If you are thinking of embarking a career as a Coach, make sure NLP is in your toolbox.
The first session is the Client Intake where I will learn more about the client – where they are now and what they want, and the second video is the next session where you will see me use some of the structured and guided NLP techniques. All of these skills are taught in our ICF Accredited NLP Coach Certification training program offered in Australia, Singapore and the USA. If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

NLP Expression of Interest
In 2026, Dr. Heidi is completing only one Level 1 (Practitioner) and one Level 2 (Master Practitioner) training. She will be back in 2027 mentoring new trainers with NLP Worldwide.
