Congratulations on your decision to lose weight with me. This program is a simple way to lose unwanted weight easily. Although individual results may vary, as long as you are committed to losing weight and changing your behaviours, you will. The most important thing is that you keep an open mind and want a change in your life.
I recommend listening to Track 1 three times per week and Track 2 twice to allow yourself time to relax and unwind.
All you have to do is find a nice place where you can close your eyes for a while and just let go!
